Summary of Services offered Cisco Support including router and switch configuration, installation, connecting to network and Telkom X21 services (Diginet / Frame Express). Backup routers and various Cisco spares kept in stock. Other brands of routers, bridges and switches also supported. ADSL installations including MPLS VPN also undertaken. Linux support including installation of workstations and servers, DNS updates, mail troubleshooting, squid proxy configuration, firewall setup, script writing and automation via crontab. Training for Linux+ can be arranged by our own certified consultants. Microsoft XP and ver 7 installations and troubleshooting . DOS scripts written for various non standard applications eg static routes, network installation of various packages etc. Backup and antivirus packages installed and maintained. Free Opensource backup software installed and scheduled to backup to network storage device. Backups copied to a storage device and stored at an offsite location on a periodic basis. General SLA support of PC’s, printers and network devices and telephone handsets. Board level repairs to most devices undertaken. If an agreement is signed customer can expect a technician onsite in under four hours at a pre agreed rate. Network and telephone cabling installed. Switches, patch panels and data cabinets supplied and installed. Network broadcasts and noise analysed and repaired.
